The Indian markets closed deep in the red today. The Sensex closed at 18631.10 down 162.26 points and the Nifty closed at 5652.15 down 52.45 points.
The top five gainers were RIL, ITC, Tata Steel, Bajaj Auto and Hero MotoCorp. The top five losers were BHEL, M&M, Tata Power, SBI and Hindalco.
