The benchmark indices the Sensex and the Nifty ended the session flat on Friday. The Sensex closed at 18506.57 down 10.77 points while the Nifty closed at 5626.60 down 1.15 points.
The top five Sensex gainers were BHEL, Wipro, RIL, Bajaj Auto and Bharti Airtel. The top five losers were Cipla, ITC, Dr.Reddy's, NTPC and M&M.
